Loading...×New Delhi: Prozeal Green Energy has signed an agreement to hand over a 100-megawatt solar project to a European entity in a Rs 460 crore deal.The proposed transaction remains subject to necessary approvals, Prozeal Green Energy said in a statement.
The company said it has entered into a framework agreement with a European IPP (independent power producer) regarding the proposed divestment of a 100 MW solar project in Gujarat at a transaction value of about Rs 4,600 million (Rs 460 crore).
The project is currently scheduled to become operational in 2027.
